Snow Day Tomorrow???

My friend predicts a 70% chance of no school tomorrow. This percentage excites some people, including myself, but along with people who are excited about something happening, there are always going to be those that are not too excited about it happening. That's how things have to be unfortunately. "Everyone can't get what they want" as people say.
